We currently have a 99.6% success rate for delivering parcels on time and undamaged. As with all courier services, occasionally a parcel may go missing or get damaged on its journey. If you wish to make a claim for a missing or damaged international parcel, then please fill in the information below and one of our team will process the claim for you. All parcels are insured, however we are bound by the terms of the courier and the level of insurance that was taken when the parcel was shipped. Each courier has a dedicated claims team. We will contact the courier for you, submit your claim and monitor closely any claims until they are resolved by the courier.
